I have finally received the contract for our Guest Home accommodations in Blokhus, Denmark. We have reserved 3 homes; all within walking distance of one another, as well as within walking distance to the market, restaurants, and the North Sea! Kenna and I have received a total count of 22 people for this reunion The leasing agency in Denmark has been holding our reservations, but the time has come to make the payment, which is
NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
The total price comes to $325 per person. For the 2 couples bringing babies it will be
$100 per baby. This price covers the total cost of the accommodations and tax for 1 week in Jutland. There are also fees for cleaning, water, gas, and electricity. The majority of these fees are covered in the $325 total (Those going on to Copenhagen the next week, will be responsible for their own accommodations there. We will be providing some suggestions in the near future.) Again, this $325 per person is
ONLY for the first week in Jutland, July 28-Aug 4.

However;
the price we have been quoted for utilities is not definite. This total could be more or less at the end of our stay depending on the meter readings, as well as the euro to dollar exchange rate next year. If it comes to more, we will have to each pay a little extra at the end of our stay in Blokhus. If it comes out to be less than what we paid, we will all be refunded whatever our portion of the difference may be.*
In order to have a space reserved for you in our family reunion Guest Houses
send your money so that it arrives in Virginia no later than October 30. Please do send it in. We really need the money from everyone to be able to get group accommodations. This calculation is based on the count of 24 people that we received. The totals will end up being more if people drop out and don’t send their money. I really don’t want to have to go back and collect more money from the people that sent theirs in, and I don’t have the money to make up the difference myself, neither does Kenna,
so please, everyone send your $325 per person, soon enough that it will arrive in Virginia no later than October 30. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU FIND THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR CANNOT COME FOR WHATEVER REASON. We need the entire amount to pull this off.
