Just a reminder that we will be needing our final headcount for the group accommodations by Sept. 1. Guest Houses do require a year's advanced booking so we need a final count in order to get enough beds for everyone. The final count will allow us to determine the total cost. However;
payment in full for Guest House accommodations will be due a few weeks after our final count is in and is non-refundable. In order to be considered part of the count, we will need your share of the payment by the due date (which we will post as soon as we have our final count). Please be prepared for this. We don't want anyone left out. Of course, if you miss the deposit deadline you will be able to join us at the reunion, but you will not be able to stay in the group accommodations. Europe has very strict codes and we cannot break them by "just squeezing a few more people in," and unfortunately we don't have the money to reserve extra houses on a "just in case" basis, as the money is non-refundable.
In the case that you missed the payment deadline, you would be able to join us for the family activities, but would need to make your own hotel reservations, which will be at a considerably higher cost than the group rate will be. Again, until the final count is in, we can't give you a final amount, but please refer to the "Rough Cost Estimate" section to get an idea. We really want everyone to be able to come, so please be prepared and don't be taken off gaurd when we ask for your accommodations money in the next month or two.
